Duties and Responsibilities:
Support sales representative as their primary internal contact - dealing with live sales enquiries & orders including sourcing specials
Ensure customer terms are up to date and suitable
Quotation management - ensure every branch quotation is chased up working with the branch teamĀ & sales reps
Monitor the CRM system (Qlik) for sales opportunities & changes in spend
Develop a sales ledger of customers and work to maximise profit from these accounts
Become a branch champion in a product category or customer service
Work with the other internal staff, to help create a proactive and sales orientated culture
Helping in all areas of the branch operation as necessary
Requirements:
Confident and sales focused
Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with a wide range of customers & suppliers
An experienced communicator; both over the phone and via email
Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
Customer focused and a desire to strive for market leading customer service
